Are your tours children friendly?
Our boat tours are perfect for families, with high, secure sides, a stable vessel design, and child safety equipment provided for peace of mind. We offer special discounts for children under 15, and there's no minimum age requirement, making it a great choice for kids of all ages.
How many crocodiles might we see on tour?
That’s a tough question …. nature is a funny thing and she never tells us what the numbers will be like on any given day
How fast do your boats go?
Our cruising speed is normally 50 +km per hour. One of our vessels is powered by 2 X 200Hp Honda outboards motors.
Guided Bushwalks
Our guided hikes are perfect for children aged 8 and up, offering a fun and educational outdoor experience for the whole family.
Where can I park?
Ample, safe parking is available at each of our departure locations, with convenient parking spaces located right next to the departure points.
Is there a toilet onboard?
Yes, all of our vessels are equipped with onboard toilets and handwashing facilities for your convenience. Our lunch camps where we stop for morning and afternoon teas and lunches also have eco-friendly toilets available for you to use.
Can we swim on your tour?

Unfortunately, does not form part of the tour. 

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We can do – please make sure you advise us at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Need to Cancel?
We understand that plans can change. To modify or cancel your booking, please provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to departure. Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows on the day of departure will not be eligible for a refund.
What should I wear?

Boat Tours: Dress for the weather, and while long-sleeve shirts are recommended, they’re not required. Our boats are fully shaded, but we still suggest wearing enclosed shoes, sunglasses, and a hat for sun protection. A wind jacket is also a good idea on cooler days. If you forget, don’t worry—our crew will provide a blanket to keep you warm and comfortable.

Guided Bushwalks: Wear comfortable, sturdy footwear suitable for walking or hiking, sun-safe clothing, including a hat, and breathable attire to stay cool and comfortable.

How do I book?

To secure your seat, pre-payment is required at the time of booking on our website. We recommend booking in advance, as some tours may reach full capacity.

What if the weather's bad?

As we operate in a natural environment, weather conditions can change In the event that the operator needs to cancel the tour prior to departure due to tides, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive either a full refund or a credit note to be used for a future tour. If the tour is cancelled after it has commenced due to tides, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, a credit note will be issued for a future booking.
