Departure:
All departures are subject to availability, as well as tidal and weather conditions. All departure and arrival times can be changed without any warning.
Minimum Numbers:
To ensure your tour goes ahead, advance bookings are strongly recommended. A minimum number of participants is required for each tour.
Wildlife and Birdlife:
Hi Tours specialises in observing marine life, wildlife, and birdlife. However, the number and variety of species encountered may vary with each tour.
Senior Discount:
A discount is available for seniors aged 60 and over. A valid Seniors Card must be presented at the time of booking to qualify for this discount.

Are based on the full adult rate
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or sold for cash.
Booking Terms:
Customers must comply with all relevant federal and state government regulations, as well as the safety policies and procedures set forth by Hinchinbrook Island Tours. Failure to adhere to these requirements, either prior to or during the tour, may result in the cancellation of the tour. In such cases, the customer(s) will be returned to the nearest port, and all costs associated with their return transport will be the responsibility of the customer(s). Please note In such cases, all payments made will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your booking, you may be eligible for a refund, minus a 15% cancellation administration fee. Alternatively, at the operator’s discretion, you may be offered a credit note to be used for future bookings. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour may result in the forfeiture of all monies paid to cover administrative costs and other associated expenses.
In the event that the operator needs to cancel the tour prior to departure due to tides, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive either a full refund or a credit note to be used for a future tour. If the tour is cancelled after it has commenced due to tides, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, a credit note will be issued for a future booking.
