- Unexpected changes in conditions or surroundings
- The risk of falling, injury, or seasickness
- Interaction with marine wildlife or natural elements

Medical Conditions
If you have a medical condition (including pregnancy, back or neck issues, or motion sickness), please inform a crew member before we depart. It is your responsibility to determine whether this activity is suitable for you.
Listen to the Crew
For your safety, please follow all crew instructions at all times. The captain has full authority on board. Unsafe or
disruptive behavior may result in removal from the vessel without refund.
Children & Supervision
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Life jackets are available and may be required for minors depending on the activity or weather conditions.
Liability Waiver
By staying aboard and participating in the tour, you agree that Hinchinbrook Island Tours Pty Ltd, its owners,
employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm suffered during this activity, to the fullest extent permitted by Queensland law.
Photography
Photos or video may be taken during the tour for promotional use. Please advise a crew member if you prefer not to be included.
